Committee Survey
July 1, 2015
All Student Council Members will be assigned into a committee. Committees will define your specific jobs, but you will most likely help out with other committee activities. All student council members are required to help out with decorations or clean up regardless of your assigned committee. We will try to put you in one of your committee picks and/or with your friends.The following descriptions are to help you choose what committe you would like to be on.
Media/Advertising
Media and Advertising responsabilites include, getting on panther vision, setting up news slides, and revealing important information, writing articles for Oregon Observer/OHS Paw Print, making posters/tickets/toilet talks or get Desktop Publishing to do so, running tshirt design/sales and selling tickets.
Decorations Committee
Decoration committee responsabilites inlcude, deciding on decorations and design, ordering decoartions,organize decorations sign up, and helping set up on Friday September 25th/Saturday the 26th, and setting up coat check.
Class Competition Committee
Class competition responsabilites include, deciding upon what class competitions to do (ex. door decorating, bulletin boards, Junior/Senior dance competiton), organizing compeitions, arranging logistics (judges/rules/approval), and relaying advertising info to advertising committee.
Music and Glass Showcase Committee
Music and glass showcase committee responsabilites include potentially meeting with DJ about music choices, making sure DJ needs are accounted for, making posters for the glass showcase, and relaying dress up info to advertising committee.
Thank You and Clean Up Committee
Thank you and clean up committee responsablitiies include, organizing clean up sign up, cleaning up on Sunday 27th, making sure all those who helped in homecoming get a card/gift of thank you.
Color War Committee
Color War Committe is responsible for organizing the Color War Class competition. Resonponsablilties inlcude, organizing/reserving location, ordering the color powder, setting up rules and judging, organizing sign up, relaying advertising info to advertising committee.
